A. Asset-Based Community Development
MVJ develops affordable, high-quality workforce housing in partnership with Ghanaian stakeholders to address housing shortages for local workers and returning diaspora.
Objectives: - Increase access to safe, affordable housing for working families - Support local employment through construction and related industries - Anchor community stability and economic participation

B. Experiential Exchange Learning Program
MVJ facilitates immersive, two-way cultural and learning exchanges between African Americans and Ghanaian communities.
