  • Amina B. Pierson

    FOUNDER AND PRESIDENT

Chief Impact Officer | Ecosystem Builder | Community Development Strategist

Amina Pierson serves as Chief Impact Officer for Mountain View Journey, a 501(c)(3) organization mobilizing a dual-impact model that bridges workforce development and community-led initiatives in Ghana, West Africa.

She specializes in designing sustainable, asset-based development strategies that strengthen local leadership, expand economic opportunity, and align funding with measurable outcomes. Her work focuses on ecosystem building — connecting stakeholders across sectors to create long-term impact rather than short-term intervention. Amina brings strategic clarity to complex initiatives, guiding boards, partners, and community leaders toward solutions rooted in dignity, ownership, and sustainability. Her leadership philosophy is simple: development must empower, not create dependency.

We build sustainable workforce and community development ecosystems between the U.S. and Ghana by mobilizing local assets, strategic partnerships, and long-term capacity building. Our focus is not charity — it’s economic mobility, local ownership, and measurable impact.”
